Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of websites and software products operated by SaaSMosaic LLC (“SaaSMosaic,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to saasmosaic.com, startly.run, and rangewaiver.com (each, a “Service”). By accessing or using any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at sales@saasmosaic.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Fees and Payment

Some Services are offered on a paid basis. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are described on each Service’s pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to disrupt or compromise the Services; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; (d) resell or redistribute the Services without our written consent; or (e) use the Services to transmit malware, harassing content, or content that infringes the rights of others.

5. Customer Content

You retain all rights to content you submit to the Services (“Customer Content”). You grant SaaSMosaic a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely as necessary to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and consents to submit Customer Content.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via the in-product cancellation flow or by emailing sales@saasmosaic.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. SaaSMosaic does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSMosaic’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amounts paid by you to SaaSMosaic for the Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event. In no event will SaaSMosaic be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Alabama.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by an in-product notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
